The manhole cover to the wastewater holding tank inspection port is missing. Because the manhole is missing, the wastewater tank is exposed to environmental elements and poses a health and safety risk to employees and visitors to the cultivation facility. More information is provided in Violation #2 below.
A corrective action plan (CAP) to remedy both violations must be submitted by March 1st, 2023. Implementation of the CAP is expected by April 30th, 2023. |
