1119738 07/23/2023 OEV Total Coliform 1-Hour Average (Mean) limit is 240 CFU/100 mL and reported value was 2419.6 CFU/100 mL at EFF-001. On July 23, 2023, at 0845, a bact sample was taken at the plant pipeline. At that time the operator noticed the total chlorine residual was below normal for that location. The operator increased the chlorine dose and resampled the pipeline for bact at 1000. The bact results came back the next day with a >2419.6 CFU/mL for the 0845 sample and <1 CFU/mL for the 1000 sample. The LOWRF was below <1 CFU/mL for the rest of the month. Violation U eSMR
