1088112 10/30/2020 Order Conditions A Recycled Water distribution line break was reported to our Mechanic on Friday The area was isolated and repairs are pending other scheduled work for the area affected, an estimated total of 690,000 gallons was released onto the ground and into the dry creek bed. 1088113 10/16/2020 DMON he A-8 Colilert sample that was set on Wed, Oct 14th was not read after 24 hours. This was discovered on Fri, Oct 16th. The Colilert tray was clear. This will be documented as being read past required read time but still <1. We are reporting this as "Deficient Monitoring" Retraining for the Operators and Lab staff with specific instruction on paying close attention to dates and set times. Violation U eSMR
1088156 10/15/2020 DMON The A-8 Colilert sample set on Thur, Oct 15th was mistakenly read right after it was set on the 15th. This Colilert tray was never placed back into the incubator because the normal procedure is to toss the tray after reading. Basically the two samples were interchanged. We are reporting this as "Deficient Monitoring" Retraining for the Operators and Lab staff with specific instruction on paying close attention to dates and set times. Violation U eSMR
