A Recycled Water distribution line break was reported to our Mechanic on Friday The area was isolated and repairs are pending other scheduled work for the area affected, an estimated total of 690,000 gallons was released onto the ground and into the dry creek bed.

Due to the nature of the event no corrective action was taken. This section of pipe has been isolated until repairs can be made. |

The A-8 Colilert sample set on Thur, Oct 15th was mistakenly read right after
it was set on the 15th. This Colilert tray was never placed back into the incubator because the normal procedure is to toss the tray after reading. Basically the two samples were interchanged. We are reporting this as "Deficient Monitoring" |
