Order Conditions |
The Class II Surface Impoundments shall have sufficient free board to accommodate seasonal precipitation and the design storm specified in Table 4.1 of Title 27, California Code of Regulations. Pond 8 exceeded free board of 24 inches to 23 inches on 3 consecutive days, May 4th through 6th. Violating Board Order R6V-2015-0004 Section II. B. 4. |
None, not a common violation and issue was corrected after a few days. Will notify discharger if this becomes a common issue. |
