On 12/14/2024, M1W lost commercial power to AWPF and communications at IWF due to severe weather. As a result, M1W was unable to collect the required daily coliform sample from PWPS. While the requirement is based on a 7-day median and historically there have been no exceedances, M1W collected samples from the DIWs on 12/16 and 12/17 which were all ND. |

The AWPF experienced a hold time exceedance in the month of May for the AWPF influent TOC sample. M1W’s instrument was out of service which required samples be sent to a contract lab for analysis. The contract lab completed analysis out of the required hold time. The results are reported in Table 18 with a data qualifier for analysis outside of hold time.
