SSO occurred by damaging a sewage force main during the exploratory excavation in Downtown Malibu around 9:30 am on November 3, 2020. Approximately 1,000 gallons of sewage were released to the surface but not reached surface water. Violates section VIII.8 of Order No. R4-2015-0051. |
Reported to Cal OES, Control No. 20-6128. Recovered and cleaned up. Completed repairs at 4:27 pm on November 3, 2020. |
