Other (specify below), Repaired Facilities or Replaced Defect. We have placed a shielded coupling at the seawall so that the bands cannot be removed, Also City Facilities who is responsible for this piping and platform have created a weekly inspection that has a work order to document it is completing these inspections. Also a steel bar with locks has been placed on the hatch that the unhoused have been using to gain access to the platform. |

Repaired Facilities or Replaced Defect. After the repair and meeting with facilities., a more detailed inspection process has been put in place at the dock. We will be going more frequently and inspecting more items to prevent another spill at this location. |
