The City failed to provide an updated and approved copy of the City''s SSMP in CIWQS and during the inspection, and/or submit an electronic copy of the SSMP to the State Water Board. |
The City stated that a new consulting firm was hired to complete a correct and appropriate SSMP that would be presented to the City Council by the end of July 2021. The City has not provided a status of the adoption of the new SSMP by the City Council. |
