Weekly Settleble Solids was not monitored for the week ending on 4/8/23 at M-001F(SCWD GW Recovery Facility). A grab sample was taken, delivered, and requested by SCWD staff on 4/5/23 to the SOCWA lab. Due to lab oversight, the sample was not analyzed and/or recorded for Settleble Solids. |
SOCWA Lab data review processes were reviewed and process improvements have been implemented. Going forward, SCWD sample reporting ownership is assigned daily to a specific lab employee. Additionally, monitoring frequency checks and reporting software were updated to specifically include SCWD daily and weekly samples. |
