The Discharger stated that weekly dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, and temperature monitoring were not conducted during the weeks ending 21 September 2024 and 28 September 2024 due to the transfer of ownership of the Facility and the lack of qualified staff available to perform weekly monitoring. |
