On December 7, 2021, a control system failure occurred at the Fountain Springs Pump Station located at 21418 Mount Springs Road, Diamond Bar, CA. The control system failure led to 72,900 gallons of sewage to enter the Brea Canyon Channel. The spill ended on December 08, 2021. |

On August 14, 2021 the backup emergency generator failed at the Fountain Springs Pump Station located at 21418 Mount Springs Road, Diamond Bar, CA. The generator failure led to a sewage release of 35,000 gallons into a storm drain channel from the pump station. The spill ended on August 14, 2021. |
