The city''''s storm water compliance officer is making a further investigation. caused 300.0 gallons of sewage to spill from Manhole at 915 Fourth Ave to Drainage Channel;Separate Storm Drain;Street/Curb and Gutter. Surface water body affected (San Diego Bay is approx. 6,650 feet downstream from the point of origin. City crews vacuumed an estimated 4,000 gallons of water from that channel, preventing SSO from entering the bay.). |
