Debris-General;Staff retrieved wipes and roots and a piece of brick in the drop of the manhole G20-036 and suspect that it was the caused by this debris. caused 100.0 gallons of sewage to spill from Manhole;Arriving on scene at 11:53 a.m. manhole G20-036 was not overflowing at time of arrival. Staff spoke with Laguna Beach Fire Department, LBFD told Staff upon their arrival the manhole G20-036 was not overflowing. at Temple Hills Drive to Paved Surface;Street/Curb and Gutter;Staff estimated that approximately 100 gallons spilled which went to the right side of the roadway down Temple Hill Drive which did not hit a storm drain. Wastewater Division set up Vactor Truck 200 downstream of the spill to vacuum and clean all affected areas of the spill. Staff estimated the volume by the eyewitness accounts and time of calls. No surface water body affected. |
