Adjusted Schedule/Method of Preventive Maintenance, Repaired Facilities or Replaced Defect. The CCTV inspection revealed defects. In addition, an Emergency On-Call Contractor has started the rehabilitation to the lower section of the 18-inch at 1111 West L Street. This same contractor is in the process of cleaning the reaches on the pipeline where the spill occurred in preparation for other repairs, identified in the CCTV of the affected area |
