Adjusted Schedule/Method of Preventive Maintenance, Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause, Plan Rehabilitation or Replacement of Sewer. After CCTV determining the cause of the spill. We made a confined space entry into the downstream manhole to remove a large calcium deposit at the connection point of the line segment and the manhole. New steps planned for the future to prevent future spills are biannually inspect connection point for deposit build up and when seen on any other lines to submit a work order to remove the calcium deposit. Ordered 8" Diamond Tap Cutter Nozzle to remove I&I deposits without making confined space entries. Inspect line Bi-Annually to inspect I&I calcium deposit size. |
