1133756 12/15/2022 SSOS Type: Category 1 Spill; Air Relief Valve (ARV)/ Blow-Off Valve (BOV) Failure caused 5000 gallons of sewage to spill from Force Main at Ventura Blvd Between Wood Road and Las Posas on Utility Road to Drainage Conveyance System that discharges to surface water Adjusted Schedule/Method of Preventive Maintenance. The frequency of preventive maintenance was adjusted, and the visual inspection of the air relief valves was adjusted to a bi-monthly basis. We also have a containment system to capture anything that would release from the air relief valve and can hold approximately 30 days of material if we had a spill. We also replaced the 2 other air relief valves on the line. Violation A SSO
