The resolve was to increase the frequency of line maintenance. We also reported the spill to our Environmental Compliance Dept. which will be contacting neighboring businesses to bring awareness of the rag issue. |

Inspection of the invert revealed that imperfections had allowed the rags to collect and eventually plug the line. An invert repair workorder was developed and given to the Construction Supervisor. |
