1133344 04/07/2024 SSOS Type: Category 1 Spill; Debris-General caused 832 gallons of sewage to spill from Gravity Mainline, Manhole at Lyons Street/ Short Lane Intersection MH#804 to Drainage Conveyance System that discharges to surface water Adjusted Schedule/Method of Preventive Maintenance, Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause. I believe this was a fluke occurrence because the condition of both the manhole and the line seem to be in good shape but we will be opening and visually inspecting this manhole quarterly from now on to prevent any future SSO's.. Violation A SSO
