Repaired Facilities or Replaced Defect,Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause. We completed a confined space entry to trim edges of the pipe downstream to assure no rags catch on the pipe. We are also going to be sending out a robo-call to all customers that are connected to this line, reminding them what they can and cannot flush into the sewer system. I installed a large nail at the top of the manhole and wrapped the locating wire around it to be sure the wire will not fall again. |

Adjusted Schedule/Method of Preventive Maintenance, Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause. I believe this was a fluke occurrence because the condition of both the manhole and the line seem to be in good shape but we will be opening and visually inspecting this manhole quarterly from now on to prevent any future SSO's.. |
