5. Follow-up CCTV inspection of affected line segment to assess new root intrusion levels and determine whether root treatment, additional cleaning, or pipe rehabilitation is warranted within 60–90 days of spill event (target completion by July 4, 2026)
6. Post-spill after-action meeting with field staff and Compliance Officer to review response effectiveness and identify any procedural improvements within 7 business days of spill event
