Several No Spill certifications were submitted late. The SSMP update was not performed. The SSMP audits were not performed. Communication with the public on the development of the SSMP is not done. There is no schedule for cleaning or inspections. There is no formal pipe grading process to rank defects. SERP training is done provided to staff or contractors. Training is not provided on spill volume estimation. See attached NOV for full details. |
