Adjusted Schedule/Method of Preventive Maintenance,Post Spill CCTV,Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause. Staff inspected the pipe section from H-8_200 to H-8_180 with CCTV on the same day as spill and will return to CCTV in 3 months to check if there is any root intrusion or other issues. Considering that the roots did not grow in this section of pipe, additional cleaning would not have reduced the risk of spill, however staff will monitor this location more frequently. District will also send out fliers to residents and plumbers warning against allowing cut roots to enter sewer main. |
