Post Spill CCTV,Other (specify below),Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause,Repaired Facilities or Replaced Defect. A post spill CCTV inspection revealed a large root mass still present at an offset joint in the 6" clay pipe main. Additionally, a section of the sewer main was replaced with a cast iron section, and the cast iron section has dropped out and is missing pieces on top. Staff hydro jetted the line and removed the root mass. In house repair crew has scheduled a repair for both the offset joint with the root mass and the cast iron section of pipe. Engineering is also reviewing this section of pipe along with upstream sections to determine if full replacement and upsizing make sense. |
