1133218 05/05/2024 SSOS Type: Category 1 Spill; Debris-Rags caused 4950 gallons of sewage to spill from Gravity Mainline at Foothill Boulevard to Drainage Conveyance System Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause, Plan Rehabilitation or Replacement of Sewer. The spill was caused by rags/wipes catching in the channel of the manhole. The line segment above the manhole is already on a current line replacement project and the contractor has been asked to mobilized there next. The channel that caught the rags/wipes will be redone as part of that scope of work. The line segment has had no previous issues or stoppages. Violation A SSO
