Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause, Plan Rehabilitation or Replacement of Sewer. The spill was caused by rags/wipes catching in the channel of the manhole. The line segment above the manhole is already on a current line replacement project and the contractor has been asked to mobilized there next. The channel that caught the rags/wipes will be redone as part of that scope of work. The line segment has had no previous issues or stoppages. |
