Adjusted Schedule/Method of Preventive Maintenance, Enforcement action against Fats, Oil, and Grease (FOG) source, Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause. This line was on a 6 month cleaning frequency due the heavy use from apartments. After having the line surveyed with CCTV equipment, there was still grease stuck in the line downstream of the lateral connection. The flusher was used to remove the remainder of grease. this has been adjusted in the CMMS program to a 3 month cleaning frequency and have a follow up CCTV survey to determine if any further adjustments are needed. |
