The segment will be CCTV'd asap caused 426 gallons of sewage to spill from Manhole;1st appearance point at upper manhole. 2nd appearance at downstream structure of the same sewer segment. at Kendall and Merchant, Crockett to Paved Surface;Separate Storm Drain;Street/Curb and Gutter;Unpaved surface;calculated that 31 gallons were unrecovered from storm. Estimated that 15% went to dirt while the puddle volume extending down from Merchant to 145 Kendall was 2080ft² at 1/16" avg depth accounting for 81 gallons. Surface water body affected (Carquinez Straits). |
