Adjusted Schedule/Method of Preventive Maintenance,Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause,Post Spill CCTV,Enforcement action against Fats, Oil, and Grease (FOG) source. The upstream hotel will have its grease interceptor inspected; they have failed in the past. The upstream casino has a kitchen, and both businesses will be inspected by our Environmental Specialist. The site of the spilling manhole will be inspected weekly as part of our hotspot checklist. All upstream connections will have outreach performed by our Environmental Specialists. Annual CCTV inspections of the section that causes the spill will be performed. A minimum of annual cleaning of this main, previously had been a few years since cleaning. A SmartCover level sensor will be in place and operational at the next upstream manhole to guarantee no spill will occur at this site due to its advanced notifications. |
