Post Spill CCTV,Adjusted Schedule/Method of Preventive Maintenance. Steps that are being implemented are as follows:
1. will be CCTV on 11/25/24 and if any failures are found they will be addressed immediately.
2. if no pipe failures are found then moving forward this mainline will be put on the six-month flushing schedule instead of the yearly.
3. ongoing and continuous spill response training for all crew with emphasis on training for our after-hours standby members. |
