Plan Rehabilitation or Replacement of Sewer,Repaired Facilities or Replaced Defect. The downstream pipeline has been identified as having insufficient capacity during wet weather conditions and has been added to the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for future replacement. This action is intended to address the underlying system constraint contributing to surcharge conditions.
As an interim measure, the manhole lid will be replaced to improve resistance to displacement during surcharge and flood conditions. These corrective actions are intended to reduce the likelihood of similar events in the future. CIP project timing will follow the approved capital planning and implementation schedule. |
