The City of Woodland collected four effluent composites June 26th through 29th and sent them to a subcontracted lab to be analyzed for BOD, but the subcontracting lab failed to analyze two of the samples within hold time (samples from June 27th and 29th). The City was not notified within the same week and could not resample. |
