1114759 01/24/2023 Order Conditions West Miramar Landfill failed to comply with WDR R9-1987-0054 by not properly operating and maintaining the landfill gas condensate containment system. The LFG condensate tank overflowed and discharged to land. The Discharger failed to notify the San Diego Water Board. The Discharger notified CalOES, who then notified the Water Board.
