Upon investigation, the power supply for the pH probe system had failed, causing the probes to read an incorrect pH. A new power source was installed and plans for a redundant source are in place to ensure an event like this does not occur again. A five day investigation report was submitted to the Water Board on 6/28/22 with further details. Violation U eSMR

1072061 02/19/2020 Order Conditions There was a discharge of treated sanitary wastewater from E-001. This is a violation of Discharge Prohibition III.A of Order No. R2-2016-0043. Discharge was due to a pipe leak that allowed sewage to enter the wastewater treatment plant. This pipe has been repaired. Sampling for BOD, Ammonia, TSS, and Enterococcus occurred at E-001 and the two clarifiers for the two days following the event. Violation U eSMR
