1134926 07/31/2024 CAT2 Copper, Total Recoverable Monthly Average limit is 29.1 mg/L and reported value was 31.0 mg/L at EFF-001. Treatment system does not treat for copper. No changes were implemented. Violation B eSMR
1134925 07/30/2024 CAT1 Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Daily Maximum limit is 850 mg/L and reported value was 860 mg/L at EFF-001. Re-sample took place on September 16, 2024 and the result was 780 mg/L which is below the MDEL. No changes were implemented. Violation B eSMR
1102001 08/03/2021 CAT1 Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Daily Maximum limit is 850 mg/L and reported value was 900 mg/L at EFF-001. Violation B Report
1085163 10/07/2020 DMON In preparing the 4th quarter report, it was noted that the October 27, 2020 analytical report from BC Laboratories, Inc, showed a code that indicated the sample was analyzed outside of the holding time for hexavalent chromium. Although the October 7, 2020 sample taken indicates a result of 2.8 ppb, the results cannot be relied upon since holding times were exceeded Since the lab did not bring this to our attention (at the time), another sample to be analyzed for CR6 for the month of October was not taken. Violation B eSMR
1085162 10/07/2020 CAT1 Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Daily Maximum limit is 850 mg/L and reported value was 890 mg/L at EFF-001. Since July 2020, activities have been initiated (flow sensor replacements, electrical upgrades, flow reductions from certain wells) in order to mitigate further TDS issues in the effluent discharges.. Individual well flow sensors and flow meters were taken off line and replaced/repaired over the last two weeks of October and in November. By early December the well flow sensors and meters were returned to service. Well field balancing included slightly reducing the flow rates from extraction wells with higher TDS and increasing the flow rates from extraction wells with lower TDS. The well field balancing kept the overall system flow rate approximately the same. The effluent was re-sampled on December 1, 2020. The TDS result was 820 mg/L, below the allowable discharge permit limit Violation B eSMR

*As of 5/20/2010, the Water Board's Enforcement Policy requires that all violations be classified as 1, 2 or 3, with class 1 being the highest. Prior to this, violations were simply classified as Yes or No. If a 123 classification has been assigned to a violation that occurred before this date, that classification data will be displayed instead of the Yes/No data.

Violation Types
CAT1 = Category 1 Pollutant (Effluent Violation for Group 1 Pollutant) CAT2 = Category 2 Pollutant (Effluent Violation for Group 2 Pollutant)
