1146295 04/11/2024 UAUTHDISC The Discharger reported the unauthorized discharge of approximately 48,000 gallons of recycled water to land, the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4), and Warm Springs Creek, on April 11, 2024. The Discharger determined that the unauthorized discharge originated from a recycled water pipeline failure located on Winchester Road in Murrieta approximately 770 feet south of Benton Road. The cause of the failure was unknown. The Discharger reported the spill via an email dated April 11, 2024. Violation B Report
