1147103 06/05/2025 UAUTHDISC Per TKPOA Water Quality, Weed Harvesting raft broke a hydaulic line on 6/5 resulting in a release of less than one gallon. Discharger did not notify Water Board until 6/9/25 in violation of BO, which states that TKPOA is to notify Water Board orally within 24 hours of when they become aware of the release. Determine type of substance released and evaluate compliance with existing permits and need for further action. Educate TKPOA Water Quality staff of reporting requirements. Violation B Complaint
1106880 08/05/2022 UAUTHDISC Discharge of approximately 10 gallons of hydraulic fluid into the surface waters of the Tahoe Keys lagoons from the operation of the harvesting equipment Absorbent socks surrounded the harvester, and a barrier at 2032 Garmish court was installed. A follow up email to Kirk Wooldride and Mark Madison was sent by Lahontan staff to ask for other corrective actions to treat the spill. Violation B Complaint
