1129099 05/31/2024 DMON No reportable result is available for the influent sample collected and submitted to the contract laboratory on May 31, 2024, for biochemical oxygen demand analysis. Due to laboratory error the analysis did not meet the method's quality assurance criteria. SBMWD requested a Corrective Action Report from the laboratory to prevent this issue from reoccurring.
