1110553 09/01/2022 DMON Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Electrical Conductivity, and Chloride were not analyzed during the monthly SMR sample for the September reporting period. Discharger noted that the constituents were marked on the Chain of Custody for the sample, included in September SMR, however the lab did not conduct the analysis for the constituents in the sample. The discharger stated that the laboratory company was changing the case manager for the discharger at the time the sample was to be run and it's believed that missing these constituents were an oversight. The missing constituents were not noticed by the discharger until the discharger was writing the September SMR during October, therefore unable to collect another sample to cover the missing constituents. The discharger has spoken to the laboratory to ensure this does not occur again. Water Board staff contacted the Discharger as to the missing constituents that were noted in the report. The Discharger confirmed what was stated in the report about the missing constituents and that they spoke with the laboratory to ensure this does not occur again. Violation B Report
