The SCADA at the plant has been programmed to divert effluent flow when levels of Sodium Bisulfite drop below 0.5mg/l. This programming will stop effluent flow prior to Sodium Bisulfite levels reaching zero. This should protect the plant from Sodium Bisulfite feed failures in the future. |
