Failure to maintain the landfill cover to contain waste and waste byproducts in accordance with CCR title 27 sections 20950(a)(2)(A)(1) & (2), and General Order CAI Unit Maintenance Specifications C.4.c and C.4.d. |
Staff notified the Discharger via email on September 4, 2024, that the Board was aware of the issues with the cover and requested submittal of the documents associated with the proposed corrective actions for Staff’s review and consideration. The Discharger provided copies of the following reports outlining the plans for implementation of corrective actions on September 6, 2024. |
