A staff enforcement letter was sent to SIAD personnel on September 22, 2020. Water Board staff are transitioning the SIAD landfill to an EMP and the SIAD personnel are in the process of securing a contract to delineate the release and to prepare an EFS for a corrective action plan (CAP). The CAP will be submitted by March 2022. |
