Grab samples of effluent shall be collected from the outflow of the Cantonment Lagoons prior to its discharge to the constructed wetlands on a quarterly basis, during the months of March, June, September, and December. Missing September samples. Discharger provided clarification via a Change of Custody (COC) form that the Cantonment Lagoon was dry in September 2023. No further action is required.
