Order Conditions |
On 24 January 2023, Board staff received a Cal OES Report (#23-0716) which stated that during a storm event between 1 and 8 January 2023 a retention pond overflowed causing the release of an estimated 10,000 gallons of wastewater onto soil and then into Slaughters Ravine, a surface water drainage course that leads to the North Fork of the American River located approximately 1.8 miles east of the facility. |
