1134100 08/30/2023 SSOS Type: Category 1 Spill; Debris-General caused 30 gallons of sewage to spill from Manhole at MH51461, 30790 Expedition Dr, Winchester CA to Street/Curb and Gutter (2 3) Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause. The cause was discovered to be construction material left in the manhole causing an obstruction in the line ultimately causing it to spill. Construction material was removed. The line was CCTV'd.
