1132018 09/08/2024 SSOS Type: Category 1 Spill; Debris from Lateral caused 150 gallons of sewage to spill from Manhole at 18001 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda, CA 92886 to Street/Curb and Gutter (2 3),Drainage Conveyance System,Drainage Conveyance System that discharges to surface water,Paved Surface,Groundwater Infiltration Basin or Facility Inspected Sewer Using CCTV to Determine Cause,Post Spill CCTV. The majority of the spill containment and corrective actions took place shortly after the spill. A thorough CCTV inspection the following day revealed a piece of 4" dia. CIPP lining material was still wedged in the exiting gravity main at the downstream manhole. A confined space entry was performed to remove the offending piece of CIPP and a full CCTV inspection was conducted.
