CAT1 |
Total Suspended Solids (TSS) 30-Day Average limit is 30 % and reported value was 40 % at EFF-001. |
Plant had an issue with the Flow Equalization System (FES) pump that feeds the plant, getting stuck at 38 hz and draining the FES overnight. This caused too many solids to enter the clarifier which made it upset and flip. The way we fixed it was by getting the electrician out to make repairs to allow the pump to work properly in auto mode |

Total Coliform Monthly 90th% limit is 40000 MPN/100 mL and reported value was 59000 MPN/100 mL at EFF-001. |
This was caused by the plants screw press failure (mechanical failure). Without the screw press operating correctly the plant's solid inventory became very high and backed up the plant causing the clarifiers to operate inadequately. Screw press is fixed and inventory is being processed within good operational parameters. |
