Total Coliform 1-Hour Average (Mean) limit is 100000 MPN/100 mL and reported value was 160000 MPN/100 mL at EFF-001. |
Investigated the City for the potential discharge, but were not successful in being certain who or what it was. There was a pH of close to 11 being discharged from one business. We spoke with them and within a week the plant was doing better. We have now set this company up with a industrial discharge permit limiting what they are allowed to discharge to the sewer. There are also plans to put in a continuous pH monitoring station near them |

Total Suspended Solids (TSS) Monthly Average limit is 30.0 mg/L and reported value was 40.0 mg/L at EFF-001. |
Plant had an issue with the Flow Equalization System (FES) pump that feeds the plant, getting stuck at 38 hz and draining the FES overnight. This caused too many solids to enter the clarifier which made it upset and flip. The way we fixed it was by getting the electrician out to make repairs to allow the pump to work properly in auto mode |

Total Coliform Instantaneous Maximum limit is 100000.0 MPN/100 mL and reported value was 105000.0 MPN/100 mL at EFF-001. |
This was caused by the plants screw press failure (mechanical failure). Without the screw press operating correctly the plant's solid inventory became very high and backed up the plant causing the clarifiers to operate inadequately. Screw press is fixed and inventory is being processed within good operational parameters. |
