The California Coastal Commission (CCC) issued a Notice of Proposed Permit Amendment on January 24, 2026; a copy of the notice is attached to this report. if approved, the proposed permit amendment would allow for an initial dive survey to identify and refine current conditions on and around the pipeline as well as make other improvements. The permit will be amended as proposed if no written objections are received within ten working days of the date of the notice. Once approved, SSCSD anticipates being able to move forward with the outfall projects and inspection. |
