1111305 10/25/2022 Order Conditions Excessive vegetation along the sidewalls of the wastewater retention pond is a violation of Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements (SPRR), Provision B.17 and the Operations and Maintenance Plan (O&M Plan) prepared for the Dairy, as required by Attachment B, Waste Management Plan for the Production Area, Paragraph V.B. Following the inspection, Robert Lasalle provided documentation that the weeds along the southern sidewall of the wastewater retention pond have been removed. Minor vegetation along the northern sidewall remains and should be removed the next time the pond is drained for solids removal. This violation has been resolved. Violation B Inspection
