The Discharger's new wastewater treatment plant filed a Notice of Substantial Completion in August 2013. The Ridgemark II wastewater was permanently diverted to Ridgemark I (new faciility) on August 9, 2013. Additonal fine tuning of the new WWTP took place the following weeks. The Discharger reports that the new treatment system meets all BOD, ammonia, nitrate, TSS, and pH effluent requirements.
