As reported, the Discharger discharged approximately 5.68 million gallons of unfiltered disinfected secondary treated wastewater to the receiving water, the Sacramento River. Failure to provide a report of waste discharge 180 days in advance of the discharge of wastewater is a violation of CWC Section 13376. Discharger coordinated with electrical contractor to restore the traveling bridge filter computer component. At 1330 hours on 13 February 2025, the electrical contractor was at the Facility and installed the reprogrammed backup computer. Violation B Report
