1069740 12/10/2019 Order Conditions On 12/10/19 the M-002 BOD sample was 75mg/L. This is above the weekly average limit of 45mg/L. On 12/26/19 the M-002 BOD sample was 10. These combined put the monthly average at 42.5 mg/L which is above the limit of 30mg/L. On 12/18/19 the INF BOD sample was128mg/L making the per cent removal at 66.8% which is below the limit of 85%. The foam in the reactor which is causing poor settling in the clarifier is being treated with sodium hypochlorite. Violation B eSMR
