Over-cresting of effluent weir in UV Channel 4 occurred between August 1, 2025, and November 5, 2025. The total overflow volume is estimated at about 5 million gallons. Over the same timeframe, total treated effluent is estimated to be roughly 560 million gallons, which places the overflow at about 0.9 percent of the total effluent volume. |
The Discharger has implemented a quarterly inspection of the UV channel inlet seals to mitigate the potential for future leaks. |

Final Effluent Total Suspended Solids(TSS) Analysis was not performed for the week ending July 5, 2025.
Pleasant Grove NOA requires one TSS analysis on the Final Effluent composite per week. |
This deficiency is due to flow sensor and sampler issues leading to unavailability of flow-based composite samples during the week the testing was missed. When a sample was available on July 3, 2025, the laboratory staff ran Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) test but neglected to test for TSS. The importance of staying compliant with our NOAs have been re-emphasized to the city staff to prevent future violations. |
