Final Effluent Total Suspended Solids(TSS) Analysis was not performed for the week ending July 5, 2025.
Pleasant Grove NOA requires one TSS analysis on the Final Effluent composite per week. |
This deficiency is due to flow sensor and sampler issues leading to unavailability of flow-based composite samples during the week the testing was missed. When a sample was available on July 3, 2025, the laboratory staff ran Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) test but neglected to test for TSS. The importance of staying compliant with our NOAs have been re-emphasized to the city staff to prevent future violations. |

Total Coliform 7-Day Median limit is 2.2 MPN/100 mL and reported value was 4.5 MPN/100 mL at UVS-002. |
Roseville staff believe the PGWWTP Final Effluent Total Coliform 7-Day Median violation occurred due to a breakdown in the process because of substantially increased and sustained single day flow caused by torrential rains. The process is now stable. |
